NOTES FOR BOOKING
PLEASE FOLLOW ALL THE STUDIO RULES. AN EXTRA FEE WILL BE APPLIED IF RULES ARE BROKEN. FULL STUDIO RULES FOUND HERE
All bookings will be paid in full at the time of booking. Our online booking system ONLY open for all types of PHOTOGRAPHY. REQUEST EVENT BOOKING if you would like to book events!
Cancellation policy +Reschedule policy
CONTACT US if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointments!
No refunds except for the government restriction extended. we will contact you if bookings have to be rescheduled or cancelled for the extension of the restriction at this time. Otherwise, all bookings will obey the rules as follows:
- You will be charged an additional 30% of your previous payment, if you cancel/reschedule your reservation with over 48-hour notice before 12:01 am on your booking date.*
- You will be charged an additional 50% of your previous payment if you cancel/reschedule your reservation within 24-48 hours’ notice before 12:01 am on your booking date.*
- All your previous payments will become a penalty if you cancel/reschedule your reservation within 24 hours’ notice before 12:01 am on your booking date. You have to make another payment for your rescheduled bookings.*
*The notice time is referred to the time Espace Studio replies to your written notice by email or by our contact system. We will reply to your notice 12 hours after receiving your notice.
