{"id":11389,"date":"2025-02-14T15:00:00","date_gmt":"2025-02-14T20:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/espacestudio.ca\/changes-at-popular-wedding-venue-unveiled\/"},"modified":"2025-02-14T15:00:00","modified_gmt":"2025-02-14T20:00:00","slug":"changes-at-popular-wedding-venue-unveiled","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/espacestudio.ca\/en\/changes-at-popular-wedding-venue-unveiled\/","title":{"rendered":"Changes at popular wedding venue unveiled"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><\/p>\n<div id=\"subscription-content\">\n<p>\n  Stokes Farm on Binfield Road, Wokingham, has been given approval to change some of its buildings to residential use.\n<\/p>\n<p>\n  Five of the barns, currently used for agricultural purposes will be made into five homes.\n<\/p>\n<p>\n  These will have either one, two or three bedrooms.\u00a0\n<\/p>\n<p>\n  The new buildings will be accessed via Binfield Road as well as via a single-track road from the West.\n<\/p>\n<p>\n  The farm has hosted weddings for a number of years. Owners describe the venue as family run and rustic, with a &#8216;picturesque&#8217; Victorian Barn.\n<\/p>\n<p>\n  It also has in-house catering and drinks services.\n<\/p>\n<p>\n  It can host weddings between 30 and 150 guests.\n<\/p>\n<p>\n  Plans do not indicate that the homes will impact the operation of the wedding venue in any way.\n<\/p>\n<p>\n  Plans were approved by Wokingham Borough Council on February 12 and it is not known when work will begin.\n<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p><script src=\"https:\/\/connect.facebook.net\/en_US\/all.js#xfbml=1\"><\/script><br \/>\n<br \/><a href=\"https:\/\/www.bracknellnews.co.uk\/news\/24937642.wokingham-stokes-farm-convert-barn-new-homes\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Source link <\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Stokes Farm on Binfield Road, Wokingham, has been given approval to change some of its buildings to residential use.
