Then we walked around downtown all evening. He ended up taking me by the building he was currently working on, which was lit up all night. Fred knew he was going to ask Gabriela to marry him, he just didn\u2019t know where or when. The perfect moment presented itself on a sunny day in Sapa on the top of Mount Fansipan, the tallest mountain in the region. \u201cWe climbed 650 stairs and there was a secluded temple a few metres from the mountain peak where Fred popped the question.
