A bride accidentally married the wrong man<\/a> after a blackout ruined her wedding. The bride has revealed she was holding his hand thinking it was her groom. <\/p>\n

A joint wedding in India saw two sisters get married. But a blackout meant they couldn’t see their beaus – and they accidentally married the wrong men.<\/p>\n

A power cut threw the wedding into chaos. The father of the brides, Rameshlal Railot, organised the ceremonies on the same day.<\/p>\n

He wished to marry his son and three daughters on the same day, according to The Independent<\/a>.<\/i> The sisters wore the same outfits and covered their faces as part of tradition. <\/p>\n

But two of the sisters ended up sitting with the wrong grooms after a power cut. Nikita and Karishma, the two sisters, married Bhola and Ganesh respectively.<\/p>\n

But it was set to be the other way around. The lights came back on and everyone realised the error. A source said: \u201cThey did not exchange garlands or wedding vows, but the [mixup] happened for one of the rituals.”<\/p>\n

The brother spoke out, explaining the ceremony continued as planned after the mistake during one of the rituals. The area has frequent blackouts and power cuts, it was also reported.<\/p>\n
