Photo: Mauricio Calero<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>The ring that Elie proposed with was a piece that Tyler had been designing with his friend Parris Gordon, who designs the Canadian fashion label <a href=\"https:\/\/beaufille.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Beaufille<\/a> with her sister, Chlo\u00e9. \u201cI asked Parris if she would design custom wedding bands and an engagement ring for myself and Elie,\u201d says Tyler with a smile. \u201cThe plan was that I was going to pick up the rings, then we would casually announce to our friends and family that we were getting married. This building has incredible architecture, interior design, art pieces and decor. Photo: Mauricio Calero<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Amazing food was an important element of the couple\u2019s party: The menu was a fusion of flavours inspired by Elie\u2019s Lebanese heritage and Tyler\u2019s Italian background. During cocktail hour, guests grazed on caviar, cr\u00eapes, foie gras squares and spring sweet pea and champagne jelly domes. The extensive dinner menu was catered by Toronto resto <a href=\"https:\/\/parallelbrothers.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Parallel Brothers<\/a>, and included Middle Eastern delights such as falafels, hummus, tabbouleh, labneh and chicken skewers on lemongrass. Photo: Mauricio Calero<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>After dinner\u2014and some very touching speeches from their groomsmen, Elie\u2019s sister and Tyler\u2019s mother\u2014the couple had their first dance to \u201cLove on the Brain\u201d by Rihanna. \u201cWe\u2019re obsessed with the live version of this song and sing it to each other all the time at home,\u201d says Tyler. \u201cThe song lends itself to a singalong and it was special to have everyone surround us and sing along as we danced as husbands for the first time. Elie gave his Dries Van Noten tuxedo a stylish twist with a Prada bolo tie. Tyler had three equally incredible outfits for the day, but this was his most iconic look: a JW Anderson tux accessorized with custom white chain clogs, and Simone Rocha\u2019s micro egg pearl
