The Newburgh eatery is known for its American cuisine prepared with classic French cooking techniques (\u00e0 la Julia Childs).<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">While the venue of choice may be considered unusual by some, it was selected for a good reason: this is not the couple\u2019s first time tying the knot. Instead of throwing an opulent ceremony, they opted to honor their partnership in a cozy, intimate setting.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-170670 size-large\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/espacestudio.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/06\/Fall-for-This-Intimate-Bistro-Wedding-in-the-Hudson-Valley.jpg?resize=845%2C1024&#038;ssl=1\" alt=\"\" width=\"845\" height=\"1024\"  \/><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Melanie and Josh Tocco of Goshen have already been married for six years. <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Many couples choose to renew their vows, but in the Toccos\u2019 case, this was an opportunity for the bride to mark a new chapter of her life.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Melanie is a life coach who specializes in guiding those who have lost a significant amount of weight through weight loss surgery. Melanie\u2019s profession closely parallels her life\u2014she herself has ventured through significant lifestyle changes.
