A newly revived waterfront home in the Shire has received a high level of interest from buyers with its luxury designs and surprise inclusions.<\/p>\n

The ultra-luxury property at 24 Roper Crescent in Sylvania Waters<\/a> comes complete with its own Feng shui \u2013 the traditional Chinese practice that connects individuals to their surrounding environment.<\/p>\n

The tranquil Koi pond in the courtyard is just one of many features included in the six-bedroom and six bathroom home that spans 790 sqm.
Other Feng shui features include the north-facing water on one side and the south-facing hillside on the other.<\/p>\n

Past listing photos suggest the property was purchased by its current owners in January 2016 for $3m, and has since received an upgrade to its facade and pool area.

The property was rebuilt in 2016, with the facade and pool completely updated.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Entrepreneurs looking to maximise the potential of the property can transform the home\u2019s two bedroom apartment into an Airbnb that could fetch $450 per night in peak times.<\/p>\n

The apartment is one of many living areas for buyers with large families, with others including a family room, a sitting room, a formal lounge, a gymnasium, and a dance studio.<\/p>\n

Oz Combined real estate agent James Holt said the property has previously hosted over 100 guests for an at-home wedding \u2013 cementing its place as one of the largest entertainment homes in the area.<\/p>\n

\u201cWe\u2019ve received over 100 inquiries in the first five days and 22 inspections from three days of marketing, which is about double the usual activity for a new listing in the current market,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n

\u201cThe waterfront and new build is only four years old and is drawing most people to the home. The property has now become too big for the current owners who are downsizing to the city to be by the harbour and closer to their business.\u201d<\/p>\n

Situated near the water, the property allows families to enjoy a range of activities including swimming, fishing, and boating.<\/p>\n

\u201cSylvania Waters <\/a>is a highly desired area and tightly held. Waterfronts rarely become available and the street to water access is a unique offering. Buyers come from all over Sydney interstate and overseas to own waterfront properties in the area,\u201d Mr Holt said.<\/p>\n

\u201cComing off the traditional December and January slowdown, there is limited stock with only seven properties currently for sale.\u201d<\/p>\n
