The Best Wedding Venues in Los Angeles
New in 2021, this Martin Brudnizki–designed hotel on the Sunset Strip is nothing if not glamorous. The wow-factor is evident from the time guests pull into the black-and-white tiled motor court and spot the gleaming Cao Perrot tree made with thousands of Swarovski mother of pearl leaves. Inside, an incredible amount of vivid art ensures this is no run-of-the-mill venue, and fun touches abound, like the Moet Chandon champagne vending machine outside the lobby bar.
The ballroom is one of a kind, with standout pale-pink chandeliers and a California-chic foyer. For an al fresco celebration, there’s an outdoor garden terrace that can seat 100 guests at round tables or 120 for a reception. The rooftop, which holds the swimming pool and Wolfgang Puck’s Merois, is another wedding option, with Hollywood Hills views. Merois, with its tented feeling draped silk ceiling, chandeliers and colorful floor, is a fantasy setting that can seat 107 guests, while the rooftop pool bar or pool deck work for a glittery cocktail party. Foodies should note that all catering menus are designed by Wolfgang Puck.
With 149 guest rooms and suites in a luxe blue and gold palette plus a live music venue, there’s plenty of room for friends and family to gather and play for the weekend. Another event space is the Bowling Alley at Britely Social Club, with two private lanes and great possibilities for a welcome party. Wedding packages average $225 to 250 per person, plus rental fees.
