Are you planning to tie the knot, but on a budget?Whitehall House, a historic mansion in Louisville, is offering “micro weddings” on Valentine’s Day again this year.The cost of each wedding is $1,000 and includes an officiant to perform the ceremony, cake and sparkling cider, and a complimentary wedding portrait.
